DO not do business we these folks. Defective couch arrives with a large hole through the fabric.

We rejected delivery thinking that they would replace the couch, however they will not stand behind the product... The recommendation is to have the couch repaired. Why would a customer want to have it repaired when paying for a new couch. Customer service rep was very short and rude.

When I suggested that I should do business with someone else in the future the response was "perfect". Pretty much explains there commitment to their customers.

I recommend you look elsewhere to purchase furniture. This purchase was made on Jan 10th, 2018.

Review about: Sofa.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1500.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Yep, you are right! Did you know their (really one person) business model is to purchase damaged furniture at a discount, mark up the price, and then re-sell it to helpless consumers. From there, they are hoping that customers do not notice the damage or follow their inspection/return policy etc., so that they can stick them with the damaged furniture that they paid pennies for and charged you thousands for?
